œROLE DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE Under the supervision of Japan Marketing Head, plan and implement strategic marketing activities effectively to contribute to business growth,collaborating with Sales and other teams in alignment with Global Marketing organisation as one firm.
œKEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Create and drive marketing activities efficiently such as advertisement, event, digital tool (website, video, special media etc.), roadshow of portfolio managers, marketing content publication and other possible methodologies to promote our brand/strategies to B2B prospects/clients especially in our Wholesale business 2. Develop and conduct communication methodologies utilising marketing automation tool 3. Prepare press releases and supoprt media relation activities 4. Build strong relationships with Sales, Product, APAC/Global Marketing team internally

œESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE EExperience in digital-marketing at asset management company is a must EUnderstanding marketing analysis is preferred
œESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (TECHNICAL / BEHAVIOURAL / LEADERSHIP) Professional knowledge of marketing in addition to financial markets, macro economics, portfolio management, regulations and the industry Excellent communication skill both in Japanese and English Good presentation skill including preparing materials and data analysis Team player, proactive thinker, self-starter and self-learner Strong project management skill to drive multiple ones simultaneously with the internal and external
