Roles & Responsibilities
EDevelop relationships with Japan sales leaders to drive leads to opportunities and shepherd those opportunities to closure, launch campaigns for your team, identify key targets and build out the contact database
EPartner with Public Sector marketing team to effectively capitalize on events and marketing campaigns by developing and executing comprehensive campaign plans
EUse sales force automation tools to ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are entered and assigned to appropriate resources
EDevelop reporting and dashboards, define KPIs and mechanisms to measure and drive productivity and impact for visibility across the business.
EIndirectly drive revenue and market share by service across all Japan market segments and meet or exceed assigned performance targets.
EBA/BS degree required.
E8+ years of sales experience which includes 4+ years in outbound lead generation or inside sales team
E3+ yearsf experience building and retaining a world class outbound ales or lead generation team in high-technology or Public Sector
EExcellent oral and written communication skills
EBusiness level English
EMasters or MBA a plus
EIndustry experience with Education and EdTechs
EExtensive customer & contact network in the Education sector
EA technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience very helpful
EDemonstrable track record of building and leading high-functioning, geographically dispersed demand generation teams
ESkilled at cross organizational collaboration and building relationships and trust with customers and account teams
EDemonstrated ability to create innovative and targeted lead generation programs that generate results
ESuccessful management of complex and multi-faceted programs with demonstrated results
EProven success creating a vision for a team and successfully executing against that vision
EThe demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced and high growth environment
EA career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a reputation for driving benchmark industry products/services
