Work closely with more senior members in the team; respond to requests for basic sales support, resolve basic product questions, provide sales support
Attend the client meetings with more senior members in the team; take minutes of the meeting, update the meeting records in the database, maintain the follow up schedule, etc.
Support idea generation for new business development; analyse competitors, client needs, market trends, sales activity analysis using CRM, and proactively communicate to share ideas.
Produce sales materials (may involve some translation work), ensure all the sales/marketing materials are up-to-date and support finalizing presentation materials and RFP.
University degree (majoring in Economics/Finance preferred) or other relevant professional qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience in financial services; preferably in other asset management firms but not a must
Direct experience in Sales preferred but not a must while basic understanding of finance and investment is a must
High level of IT literacy in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word
Knowledge of Bloomberg and Salesforce will be a plus but not a must
Business level of English and native level of Japanese
