Our Tokyo office is seeking a proactive and driven Director level professional to support our Global Risk and Investigations operation to further develop and expand its growth.
New client development and support for an existing client base of multinationals by providing expert consulting services and strategic support in the Risk, Investigations and Disputes practice.
To develop and grow our brand in Japan by promoting the company and generating opportunities through business development initiatives.
To project manage and deliver on a range of both domestic and global projects covering a wide range of business risk and compliance issue, working cohesively with a global investigations team to an exceptional level of professional service
Initiating and conducting meetings, seminars and presentations;
Supervision and oversight of a team of consultants in the Japan office
Proven business development experience in Japan
Broad professional experience in the field of consulting
Demonstrated self starter and resourceful individual, with experience of operating in fast paced and dynamic operational settings.
A keen interest in business risk, intelligence, investigations and compliance
Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 yearsf experience in a supervisory position
Strong oral and written communication skills essential.
Ability to generate revenue and effectively promote the company;
Native Japanese with fluent professional English ability
