Specialist Portfolio Services (Client Reporting)
Responsible for providing a support to Sales and supporting periodic and regulatory reporting and materials to clients and consultants. Delivery of a more customised, dedicated proactive service will be required.
Responsible for paying attention to the interests of our customers and treating them fairly, ensuring that any information provided to clients on products and services is clear and useful, ensuring them to understand fully what they are being offered.
Requires familiarity with the teamfs current procedures and FSA compliance requirements.
Respond promptly and professionally to the requests and queries from clients and consultants.
Proactively manage and develop relationship with administrative counterparts and liaise with other related departments to provide necessary documentations for clients and consultants.
Capture and share of information for use by those tasked with refining or creating procedures and processes.
Ensure all amendments to client data are processed and that client data is kept up to date on a timely and accurate basis.
Prepare accurate regular report and disclosure incorporating comments from Fund Managers in timely manner.
Prepare and manage accurate regular reporting material for promotion on a regular basis and also provide necessary fund and market data for sales material to be used for distribution channels and consultants.
Stay business and result oriented, rather than workload oriented, and fulfil job responsibilities in line with business objectives.

Has BA degree or equivalent with a good working experience in financial firm or inancial system /consulting firm.
Obtains good understanding or be interested in reporting function (client report by asset management firm)
Must possess basic knowledge in finance or security and good interpersonal skills and/or written skills.
PC skills: Excel (data analysis, making graphic charts)and Power Point.
