Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the organizationfs official and legal documents, records and reports. Play a key role in the communications within and outside the company.

Key Responsibilities:
œFile statements, notices, and other information according to relevant laws and regulations.

œCoordinate and instruct for proper document management of the company.
œContribute to a positive relationship between the organization and its shareholders by organizing and preparing documentation for shareholder meetings and responding to shareholder requests for information.
œHandling overall operations of Corporate Affairs.
œOperate the shareholders meeting legitimately and effectively.
œMaintain and operate in-house regulations and company stamps properly and effectively.
œAssist the operation of board meeting of subsidiaries and act as a liaison between them.
œAct documentation works for subsidiaries to assist their proper procedures.

Qualifications:
œKnowledge and experience in Corporate law and document control is essential.
œKnowledge of good scripting practices excellent organizational and communication skills
œExpected to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines. Expected to adapt in dynamic and collaborative work environment
œConfidence with a positive attitude. Self Motivated. Good Coordination ability.
œSuperior Communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
œLeadership, ability to translate plans into actions.
œStrong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
